Early bird registration fees apply until September 5, 2026 (midnight).

Conference fees include:
- Access to all scientific sessions on all conference days
- Access to the exhibition
- Food and refreshments during the breaks
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of your conference registration must be made in writing to studio12 gmbh (office@studio12.at).
For cancellations made up to 30 days before the start of the congress, the prepaid participation fee will be refunded minus a processing fee of €50 and any applicable bank charges. After this date, no refunds will be possible.
