Abstracts

  • The abstract must be uploaded using the form below. Submissions by fax or email will not be accepted.
  • The deadline for submissions is September 5, 2026 (midnight).
  • The abstract may be written in English. The conference language is English and presentations may also be given in English upon request.
  • All authors/co-authors must be cited (e.g. Smith M.). Their respective affiliations must be clearly indicated.
  • The maximum length is 250 words (abstract text, excluding title and authors).
  • Abbreviations must be written out in full when first mentioned.
  • The abstract should be structured as follows:
    • Introduction
    • Methodology
    • Results
    • Discussion
  • If the study was funded, the funding institution must be specified.
  • The submitting author must register at the latest when the abstract is submitted.
